Most of the gemstones we use are raw, they are only shaped and lightly polished. They contain imperfections and do not go through extreme heat treatments or go through high pressure treatments like the ones that are almost clear and have no imperfections.

The process used is very minimal and I (Janice), source them from a small family owned business in Jaipur, India that specializes in gemology.
